3mm instead of 4mm, any problem

ok guys, i have done a couple of hose jobs and i put 3mm on mine and they really will never pop off, they are so thight.

on the other hand i have done the job with 4mm on other cars and always had problem with hose poping off.

anyone know if there is something wrong with using 3mm?

If not, why doesn't everybody take that kind of hose?

By the way, i will make an experience with different brand of hose so if anyone is willing to send a foot of the hose they have (and telling me what type it is), that would be great.

i'll make an other post later about that anyway

There are a few that are too big for the 3mm and too small for the 6mm. 4mm is supposed to be a good compromise, but I found that 3.5mm was better. I think the 3mm stuff might be so tight on a few of them that it could split over time. The 4mm is too loose IMO. I've only used Hose Techniques brand hose.
