3K RPM Hesitation Solved ??
This is some info I got off the AEM site, and would explain why some people have 3K Hesitation problems and a better grounding system doesn't always fix the issue, but a new ECU Usually does...
The light load miss at around 3k with the RX7 is due to the secondary injectors not being active. What happens is the mix of air and fuel is very poor because the fuel is only being supplied through the primary port, yet a substantial amount of air is coming from the secondary port. The fix is quite simple, at about 2k and up under vacum and up. I used 25% from -6psi and 2k and up, and Calculated the columns up to around 5psi where it was at 50%. This is done in the fuel diff map. Also make sure you set the injector duty max to 100% Instead of 255. (not a big deal unless you are maxing out both sets of injectors, but a good idea).
