the stock ecu is 100% to blame for the hesitation. i discussed it before a while back with someone and if i remember correctly theres a 12v ground in the ecu somewhere that goes bad over the years. regrounding everything helps sort of cancell out teh bad ecu ground and equal it all out to where its not noticable anymore. the hesitation usually goes away completely or mostly once warmed up. i wish i could remember all the reasons but i just remember the ecu being the core fault of the 3k hesitation, and the only real solution is to replace the ecu with either a brand new stock one, or an aftermarket one. no piggy backs as they just use the stock chipsetm which is of course, faulty.

I have this 3k hesitation at low acceleration.

Should I have my dealer do this TSB?

Or just take it to my local rotary mechanic who will probably do some or all of the other recs in this thread?

Checking the grounds can't hurt but as mentioned over and over again in this thread the REAL cause the stock ECU.
