i still love RX7s but i often think if i got the Z i would sacifice a little handling but my car would still run.
ahh, screw it. the 7's worth it.

****, I remember this sale. Seller was I think on the forum, and he said he sold the heavily modified car without the PFC and he got flamed for it that the buyer would blow the engine.... So sad, so true...

I love the looks of the 300zx would own a TT but, where I live, I never see them. As stated before, it is hard to find one in good condition, much less find a TT.
That's what's nice about the -7-, all of them are TT.
To add to the new vs old arguement;
the RX8 and 350z have good power for n/a, however, they are tuned to their max.
My dad has a 350z and to get any more hp out of it he would have to spend $1000s on a turbo and fuel managment just to make the hp I could get with a PFC, CB, DP, and intake.
My point is, these new cars are getting to be impossible to find any hidden hp. I think the aftermarket will eventually figure it out, but I think it will be expensive.

for the 350z and rx8, i'll give them this. so far as i know, so this could be wrong all together, it is easier to finance a new car. where as with a used car, the bank giving the loan has to check the blue book, and they can only give a certain % depending on your credit level. now seriously, most of the cars we are interested in, like a 300zx tt and especially a supra in good shape will almost always be above blue book. also, if the car is modified, this makes them harder to get a loan for it because the price will be that much higher than blue book. also a factory waranty is a big plus for some.
