2nd turbo causing AVC-r problems

My AVC-r seems to work fine until I hit the 2nd turbo. When the 2nd turbo starts to come online the boost controller goes crazy and will only boost around 6-7 psi. Anyone know exactly how to fix this. I have checked out some sites describing the tuning of this thing but it didn't help. I don't really want to take this thing to someone to pay for a tuning job. Any help would be appreciated.

Jonboy, Let me know if you find a fix . i had my AVC-R installed exactly like the directions said and it NEVER worked right on 2nd turbo. I finally had to install a manual control on the prespool and it still has a major dip at crossover.Other people seem to have no problems with it though.

yeah , exactly, I was going to take mine to a tuner b/ c they said that they could fix it, but they want $70/hour, and I was kind of wanting to fix it myself. All the websites I have seen don' t work though. I am at a lose.

I just noticed this old thread when i was looking @ old posts of mine...

UPDATE: I found a torn Vac line. My AVC-R does indeeed work fine now. Every time i've had a problem with it it ended up being a vac line or solenoid.
