I''m needing a new LSD pretty badly, and I'm about to order a 2 way since I'm getting a good deal on it. I just wanted to make sure that it would be okay for driving on the street, and possibly in the rain if I get caught sometimes. Everyone with 2 way LSDs whats your oppinion. It's a cusco RS by the way, if it matters to anyone.

It does its job very well. It engages very hard.
its pretty noisy though. you ... could use it for street. No reason
why you couldn't , its all up to personal preference really.

 

My car is already loud as hell...I don't think it can get much louder.

 

Even if its a 2 way you can still change out the clutch disks for a 1.5 down the road if you deem so.

 

are you sure about that? I was told that you can only change a 2 way to a 1 way and a 1.5 way to a 1 way... and judging by the picture below I would be correct..

 

i'm not sure about the cusco. but a friend of mine has a KAAZ two way that works just fine for daily driving. technically KAAZ doesn't sell a 1.5 way diff anymore, but you can make thier 2 way a 1.5 by changing the clutch disks or something. i dunno, he's the one with the shop.
