2 Blow off valves...should i do it?

Ok before anyone says anything mean spirited, no i did not buy 2 blow off valves. And i wouldnt buy 2 either. HOWEVER. I just recieved my Apexi gt fmic from Flynn Fritz and low and behold, i got a nice suprise! On the cool side was non other than a Blitz Blowoff valve welded on . He didnt even tell me that this was comming with it! And no i dont think i paid extra for it cause as it stands, i got an awsome deal. The thing is though, I had already bought an HKS SSQ about 3 months ago and was planing on putting that on.

So my question is: Whats everyones opinion? Should i put BOTH blowoff valves on? I mean, has anyone heard what an Fd sounds like with 2? i havent.

i never heard it on an FD, but my friends land whale (Supra) has 2 BOV. One before and after IC, has 2 swooshes when shifting, pretty cool sound. i think having 2 is just pimp status, dont need two IMO

Put only one blow off valve. Two is really ricey. There is only one FD that I have seen with the 2 BOV's and that car was the definition of rice. Tom no-go's FD.

Sell the other BOV for more mods on your ride.

i thought that two would be unnecessary. Wouldn't it sound funny if u had two different BOV's anyway? iono just my 2 cents.

I have seen two blow offs on an FD before, however they were the same make (ssqv)... I think it would be weird to have one apexi and one hks

land whale huh that's a bit over the top it pretty much rapes the FD in every category except for top speed in stock form.

No, I'd not have 2 different types of bovs if they were the same that would be great

My friend has two BOV's of identical make because he would get a little surging at the top end during shifts with only one (Single turbo). doesnt sound weird at all with his setup since they are mounted in the same location and are the same model.

I really like the sound of his during shifts, reminds me of the sound some of the BPU++OMGWTFz0rs sound like during shifts, lots of air and a smooth 'psshhhh'. Two differant BOV's would sound wierd IMO.

Not necessary unless you're maxing out the spring on the single BOV setup.....up around 20psi...

i think its uneeded. like the other members said, just sell it off for something else for your car. if it doesn't really serve any functional purpose no pt. of you wasting time in putting it in for a "cool noise." you already scored a great deal with a free blitz bov stay content dont be so greedy and give to the needy....sorry had to add the last part.

by the way dude, the gorillaz rule! (your avatar) you cant see it from the pics that are posted in this site, but my center tail light has a red vinyl gorillaz sticker on it. its not really that noticable though. ( sorry, off topic)
