1j/2j swap wire harness question

So when doing the swap, the mechanical part is pretty straight forward but the wiring is where im a little stumped. With the engine harness, we would use a Xjz ecu im assuming then how do you go about getting the harness to work with the rest of the car? The stock fd engine harness attaches to the front and dash harness so how would that be figured with the Xjz harness? Same thing with the charge harness, getting it to work with the new starter seems easy but what about with the alternator or do you not use the fd harness for that? Also, does being rhd have any bearing on this at all? The motor is a 1jz vvti

for future reference.... tech2 said they take the fd charge and engine harness and scavenge plugs and stuff off of it and add it to another harness they have and regardless of rhd, lhd, vvti or non vvti, they make the harness plug and play. so my question has been answered....
