1995 solenoid differences???

its me again. i just posted in my other thread, but i feel this one deserves a new title.

ok. i have a new issue! are the late model 95's solenoid rack different? im using rob robinettes diagram. and solenoid "D"....looks to be EGR.... is not even on my STOCK car? and the hose leaving it going to the lower intake manifold is not present either, theres not even a place cast in the lower manifold for it??? according to the diagram there are 4 vac hoses stacked on top of each other, going to 4 nipples on the lower manifold......mine only has 3???? heres the diagram im using. and what is actually missing on my car.

im lost. the reason i started the whole thing was because i could see tubes with no hoses, and i wasnt getting any secondary turbo boost,so i thought i could route some tub properly and id be good, but now im just confused! lol

Only 93 California spec cars and all 94s had the EGR valve.

Check the solenoids and hoses going to and from the vacuum and pressure chambers.

ok, got the car back together. everything looked good in the rats nest, maybe a little brittle, but ill have to wait till i get back to florida replace anything.

but on the test drive, i read 6-7 psi, until 4500, then big 'ol ZERO till redline. once again chambers look good as do the rats nest. where do i go next?
