Well. i tought maybe because my air filter was very dirty and the pre-cat a little stuck it affected the boost, but if not, that means it shows 1 psi less so its not a 11-9-11 but a 12-10-12 boost pattern. My next step is to calibrate the boost gauge.

I'm going to go calibrate my gauge also as soon as I can after reading through this thread. My guess is that you'll find its fairly accurate though. With a dp, cb, and intake 11.5 sounds about right, as does 9 with a dirty air filter and precat. With the same mods I was seeing 11.5 with higher spikes so I installed a boost controller a couple weeks ago so I'm back to 10 which is what I saw before installing the modifications. It would be a shame though if this whole time I could have used more boost because of a non-calibrated gauge.

I would expect more than 11 1/2 psi with DP, open intake, and a CB.

11.5 psi with those mods sounds low to me too. My 94 was already that high when stock, and when I put on a DP, it creeped up about another 1 to 1.5 psi, depending on rpm. Pettit recommended putting larger orifice pills in the wastegate and pre-control actuator lines, but I'm not sure what sizes to use. Ambient air temperature, humidity and altitude all affect boost readings too. You will get higher boost readings in colder weather.
