10 AFR at idle

10 AFR at idle
Okay, long story short...I wrecked my car, bought a shell and swapped everything over. But now it's running extremely rich as indicated by the thread title At first I thought it was the fuel thermo sensor since it was throwing a code for that. But I fixed that and now there's no more cel light but it still idles and cruises at 10-11afr. Before I wrecked my previous car it would idle at 14afr. Car is all stock except high flow cat, exhaust, intake, and sx fpr. One thing is that when I prime the fuel it reads 40psi, but when I actually start the car it'll drop down to 35psi and when I shut off the car the pressure will just drop really quick instead of gradually dropping over time. I've checked all I could and searched, and now I'm stuck. That's why I'm posting to see if anyone can help.

Haven't actually tested the map sensor with a volt meter yet...but if I unplug the hose the car will just shut off. I'll go and test it right now, I was also doing some more searching and found that a stuck seal could also be a cause of rich afr since there would be little compression to combust in the chamber? Is this true? Cause I am spitting a bit of fuel out of my tail pipe.

Okay, so I did a compression check and came out to be 95psi, three even bounces on the needle. Also injectors are fine, not stuck open or leaking. But now the car drives fine cruising around 14-15afr, it's just the damn idle that I can't get down. I rechecked all vacuum lines to see if they were routed correct and they were. Ignition coils checked out fine too.

Make sure the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator is hooked up properly.
Also, make sure your plug wires are all hooked up right and you have good spark plugs.

Just thought I'd update my thread. So I was not able to fix the rich idle issue and I've checked the tps, coils, compression, added more grounds, changed spark plugs, and checked for leaky injectors. One thing I've notice is that the afr ratio doesn't change even though when I adjust the fuel pressure.
