what O2 sensor are you using? dont tell me the stock O2 sensor hooked to a autometer A/F ratio gauge (they are just pretty light shows, but im guilty of having one )
You must use a lambda meter, in anycase i say do a run in second gear first, then go to third. once u got that a little richer then usually then do 4th gear so that u dont lean out. good luck

don't go below .86 at WOT in 4th gear. But be aware that the O2 sensor can be skewed by the exhaust gas heat and pressure. Get the car to operating temps without getting on the boost alot, then while watching the O2 sensor, rev it slowly in 4th gear and let off and see what the number drops to. Technically since it decelerating and the injectors aren't flowing anything, it should be in the .02 range, no higher than .06. My O2 sensor is about 2 years old, and when I do the coast down test, it shows .17, so if the low number is WAY out of range, don't even try to tune it with the stock 02 sensor since you have no idea what the number it shows at WOT is actually.

OMG, don't tune via the stock O2 sensor!!!
Its not worth it, plus it can't tell you what your real A/F ratio, the electrode just can't do it. Take it to a dyno with a real lambda sensor, its the only way!
P.S.
Renting a lambda meter and dyno for an hour=80-100bucks
Buying a new engine and turbos=$5k and months of headaches
Its really your choice, I guess you gotta ask yourself, how wealth am I right now?
BTW: If you do pop your engine and decide to sell your car, let me know, I'm looking for a parts car
