02 sensor on PFC reads 0.00v

Ok I finally got the car started. Fouled the plugs was the problem. I put the inj. and ign. maps in that I got off the comparison page. Super rich still. I had to turn the PIM volt down to 50% at 1000 rpm and the injectors down to 65% for it even to idle semi-right, still a little rich.

So I get the great idea of checking the sensors on the pfc and I see that the O2 blips between 0.00v and 00.1v. The O2 sensor is still plugged in though.

What can I do? And could this be the problem with the idle in the first place?

There is also a little smoke coming off the engine, coming up between the intake manifold and the turbos. It is very light colored and almost odorless.

ok 02 sensor problem fixed i think. I got it to read up to 0.07. Now I know the I just can't tune a PFC at all. And I mean at all. I don't understand it too well.

I put in that map like i said before, then got it to idle right when messing with PIM voltages and injector percentages. But it will idle only and won't go anywhere. I give it gas and the only way it will go somewhere is if i turn the PIM back up. And then it still doesn't make enough torque to get me up the driveway. (had to get it pulled up by the x5). Please help with tuning. Just enough to even go get it dyno tuned. About an hour away.
