Yeah you might be right. It's just that it takes a little longer to warm up the car. But the reason I wanted this thermostat was that it has a 10% more water flow thus less cavitation. (Well that's at least what they said) and I wanted to try if it works well for FD.

well once I installed everything I'll try to post some feedbacks on the parts and of course pictures

I would assume that's 130 degrees C, since Japan uses the metric system. 100 C =212 F, which is the boiling point of water at standard pressure. 130 C = 266 F, which is just too hot.
