It all depends on which version of non-seq you did:
poor man's = worst
normal = better

My normal would reach full boost between 4200 and 4500 depending on gear.

Check for a boost leak, or boost controller not set up properly.

Boost leak / boost controller settings. Even converted the poor man's way you shouldn't see that kind of spool up.

I literally just had this problem, that's why I posted. My non-sequential twins weren't hitting full boost until like 6800 RPMs because they were trying to compensate for the boost leak. You should pressure test your system.

Get a pressure tester, then go to home depot and get a pipe end and a coupler to put on the other turbo intake with hose clamps so it won't leak air. Or you can just pressure test from the Y-pipe connection onward. That's what I did, because the turbo inlet sides are not made to hold boost, so it is pretty much a waste if you have a cracked primary turbo inlet, because it won't let the system hold pressure.

I'm going to do a write up later on a home made pressure tester from home depot, it cost me like $15 total and is worth it to have.

I just experimented and turned my fully working sequenctial into a poorman's non-sequential. I have driven the car quite a few times and noticed that it takes about 800 RPMs to get good boost. If I give it gas at 2000 RPM, I actually get some positive boost (4-5 psi) at 2800. If I start accelerating at 3000 RPM, I get 12 psi at 3800 RPM. Same, if I start acccelerating at 4000 RMP I get full boost under 5000 RPM. Boost remains solid all the way to redline.

You need restriction in the exhaust. The exhaust flow thru the turbos is too great and is bottlenecking at the wastegate since there is not enough back pressure down stream. Make an exhaust gasket out of a piece of 16 gauge steel from home depot and cut the center hole at 2.75" (if you have a 3" exhaust system). Reinstall the steel "gasket" with the exhaust gasket(at the furthest joint in the system ie at the muffler connection/catback connection joint). I had the same exact creep problem before I did this now my boost is rock steady where I set it with no creep at all. Easy fix!
