$250 Turbos NEW on ebay ??

Ok, check these out :

T4 Rotary / FC3S FD3S RX7 TURBO CHARGER -

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

This is supposed to be a NEW turbo unit, seller (powerboost29) has reliable feedback.

Who manufacturers these turbos? Are they reliable? Too overpowered?

So what am I missing here? Will I need more (expensive) parts....

I know, if its cheap .... its cheap ... just wondering if anyone has one of these or know more about them.

Thanks ...

-------
Edit:

I just found these are XSPower TO4S turbos. and this link:

https://www.rx7club.com/single-turbo-rx-7s-23/xs-power-turbos-any-good-488686/

Here is the rx7Store.net info for XS turbos:

http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/xs%20t04e%20kit.htm

It shows alot more sutff that goes along with it ... $250 I think is just the housing.

Ok ... then what IS the MOST reliable turbo (single and twin) for an FD out there ?? I don't care about HP, they all add some ... I want R E L I A B I L I T Y (like that song about respect) as in it doesn't shed years of my engines life.

ummm not all turbos add the same amount of hp, and engine reliability doesn't rest solely on the turbo. check out the a-spec section they can help you out

Mine allready has a bad oil seal. But it is one of the most reliable from others experiences.
