The info tag on the housing says...

FC3S/FD3S
trim is 60 BTW,hope someone here can give me a answer before i plan to buy it.
Im concerned mainly with what amount of HP i can support with this size turbo.

No. Easy enough answer? Just save up and get a good turbo. MP has some nice turbo's that don't really cost that much at all. PM BobbyBeach on this forum. He's an MP dealer.

Real Master Power turbos are GREAT! I'm personally a fan of the GT series from HKS, but if you are not wanting to spend that kind of money then you will not be able to beat the quality of the MP line for the cost.
And BackyardSog is right about XS buying MP covers and using them on their shitty wheels.

Im running that turbo in my car right now til i can afford the AF61.
Ill let you know how 10psi feels on it to me, next saturday when the injectors are goin in and the maps are loaded.
Ive only boosted it to 5psi right now since i still have stock maps on the powerfc
pic = back when i was doing the swap

its a depends what your looking for. when do you want boost to come on and how much. in terms of reliability? how reliable are factory turbos? xs power turbo are a inexpesive alternative that will satisfy the needs the budgetminded enthusiast. im sure there are compromises. but you get what you pay for. the real question is can your motor handle 600hp and not if the turbo can push your motor to 600hp.

Just got my car tuned by groundzero in portland oregon yesterday. I bought the xspower rotary turbo and we tested it. Everyone was quite surprised by its performance, even ralph. The turbo pulls like crazy, I layed down approx. 300 hp @ 8 psi. My clutch is slipping a little but nonetheless pretty strong numbers. The best part is, I am going back in a couple weeks to get a tune for 14-18 psi (race gas) ralph is very confident it will easily eclipse the 400hp mark.
I realize this turbo is not a long term solution, so I am switching out the xspower turbo for more reliable garrett gt35r soon.
oh yeah, steer clear of the xspower/ssautochrome wastegates-- they are crap! I went with the vband clamp 44mm tial, huge difference.

Go reread the original post - the original poster did ask if it could support 600...
So STFU if you're not making 600, cause it does not help one bit with you bitching about it.
A Garrett S-trim is perfectly reliable, but asking it to make 600hp will surely kill it, regardless of how reliable it is under normal operating conditions.

None of those XS turbos are big enough to support that much power (600+). Hell, a lot of very expensive turbos can barely make 600hp on a 13b. That doesn't mean XS turbos aren't great turbo's for the money.

I own a xs style single manafold so im not on here just to bash the company. I am all for saving some money if the product works, but as far as the turbos i have heard nothing good to say about them.

We know you've never approached even 300hp on your rustybucket, let alone 600. I also doubt you have ever owned an xs power turbo. So why are oyu even posting in this thread RETed?
Go search your for your name some more Teddy, there's a lot of threads out there you've missed.

Funny, I don't see you blasting all the other guys who take the 600hp quote pretty literally.
So...since you can read minds...
Exactly WHAT hp level was the original poster thinking about seriously?
Don't know?
Darn, now you're wasting my time...

Hey, bring it on...you can't insult me directly, so you need to insult my ride.
Really, I don't care...my "rustybucket" has saved my *** from several very expensive tickets.
Really, I'd take getting out of tickets than having to appeal to your sense of beauty to think that a fast car has to look good.
Me own an XS Power turbo?
What the **** for.
I have three Garrett GT2871R's sitting in my room right now.
Total damage to my wallet was $3,500.
So tell my why the **** I want one of those things again?

So you didn't answer the question about making 600hp?
I assume this is a NO.
How much power did you put down, biatch?
Come on, I know you can do better.
I really want a serious effort from you before I reply to any of your crap in the future.

My power levels would be irrelevant seeing as how I have 8 cylinders and boost.
This is as much effort as I can put in for now Teddy.
Please put more effort into slinging **** in the midwest sections.

ouch...hahaha
im not having any problems with my xs-power one. Other then it looks so small(Thus, killing my boner). And im pretty sure i wont stand up to HP i want 450+. with a smaller exhaust housing, It would be a good turbo on somethign like a 240sx.
