It's my house...haven't changed the sig yet...
Track house? Yes...but it has a pool, 3 car garage(with a lift) and it sits on the 7th fairway
Many years of hard work....

edit: i see u responded to that question already! damn 350k! what the hell, thats ridic. thats over a mill here in CT all day. u need to make 300k to afford a house like that. Do people get paid less over there. The reason i ask is b.c i wonder if the income level is proportionate to the size of house one can afford. For eample that house is 350k...now i would think that that house is sort of upper class for lack of a better term. Having said that u need to make atleast 75k to afford a 350k house....does that mean 75k is making bank over there? Understand my question? Just seems like its easierr to get ahead in some part of the country.

As for California...the neighbors to my left, right and 2 of the 3 across from me are all from California.
$75K is good money, but $165K is a lot better
The houses in the community I live in range from $200 to $1 million.
The community is Lantana...5 pools, a waterpark, 4 playgrounds, 10 tennis courts, 2 work out facilities, championship golf course w/ club house, elementary school, day care, and lots of water....

I'd love to make $165K a year. 1st thing I'd do is get rid of the students!!

yeah, you don't need to make "that much" because the cost of living is quite reasonable.
I want to see more pictures of the FD
and the inside of the house...Leigh
You people dont know how lucky you have it, this is what you can buy round my area of the UK for the equivalent of about $180,000. It only has 2 bedrooms, downstairs bathroom, back yard (NO garden), NO garage, not even a front garden, step straight from your livingroom into the street!

Lovely!.... NOT!
Anyway, a fantastic set of FD's you have there!
