Some rally companies overhere have tested this to others and Johnson pump keeps working longer when overheating :-)
The gap between intercooler and radiator will be closed and there will be a small splitter made between them.
But the car is always inside (good weather car)
I have started a thread in the single turbo section with more info.
And you can check: http://www.jeroentje.nl/index.php?pa...view&car_id=12 for more info.

Light rain is actually helpful to the ic. Think free water injection!
That's the nicest setup here so far, everybody else's seems to be incmoplete in some way. I'm reworking mine too, but its on an fc, so I'll stick to my own section. Thanks for all the free info!

always nice to have a recycling bin around
just a little fun on a locale meeting
We use spal fans... I don't know if it will fit but I think it will.
I also used a skyline aluminium radiator so it is not as thick as a koyo

^ that looks amazing finished. You can't tell it was custom designed. It reminds me of a NSX racing hood but it looks like something Panspeed would make.

My RE:worx/PWR v-mount setup. Pics were all taken during the day of the install. I know the engine bay is a bit dirty, and the car is scruffy looking ^_^ was a three hour drive to the shop and they salt the crap out of the roads here..
Core thickness
And her on the dyno for a quick tune afterwards

Water temps stay at 80-81c, they will climb up a couple degrees under prolonged ragging. I've only seen the water temp go over 85 when I'm stuck in traffic w/o the fans on. Max water I've seen so far is 90 I think.
Air temp stays 9-10 degrees over ambient. The faster I go/more boost I push the lower the temps drop ^_^ Average air temp lately has ranged from 18-25c (I don't have a vented hood yet, getting mine shipped from the states has proven to be a real PITA). Once I get on the highway and start cruising at about 80mph the temp has been holding solid at 18-19c (water/air temp being 10/9c, respectively, when I start the car) in accordance with my PFC.

this is one I designed about two or three years ago.
its 28" wide, 12" tall, 4" thick with 3" inlet/outlet.
the end-tanks are radius smoothly! kept the a/c, etc all inplace.
ended up using a double pass 3" core radiator, etc etc.
i dont think it worked well in terms of cooling effectiveness but it work better than expected.
I think my intake temps were about 115f on 22psi/WOT run to 8k.
