I never put my car down in the Florida count and I highly doubt the 1st owner of the vehicle didn't either because of his age.

That's a great idea except for theft. If a partial vin would help track them but not reveal ownership addy, I would be all in for that.

Per this recent post, August 2019 numbers are:

225 - 1995

Historical numbers now:

Apparently a slowing of the attrition rate (though I wonder if there are recently imported RHD ones in the 2019 numbers).
