Hey so I think I have a mazdaspeed bumper, I bought it like that. But currently there is a crack in it because my roommate backed up into it. They quoted me 1300 dollars to fix it.

I see another bumper for 200, if i get that painted should it just go straight on? Including fog lights?

Also rebar might be cut, not 100% sure

Does your roommate have insurance?
Does the 'other' bumper need repair as well as painting?
Does the estimate for repair list replacing the bumper's reinforcement? If it did, apparently it IS broken.
