Premix?
Premix?
Hi i have a 93 base model fd i was wondering can i do premixing stock?
is it bad to have normal oil and oil mixed gas at the same time going to the engine?
If i can mix what ratio should i do stock and what oil exactly should i use if someone could do it in a format like this it would be great!
Oil to gas ratio like 1 quart(s) to one gallon
what oil to use
can i run it bone stock?
will this mess with my fuel pump?
what are the benefits?
will this mess up lines
will this mess up injectors?
will this mess up sensors?
do i get a more liable engine after this?

Yes you can do both, though the need to do so on a completely stock car may be open for some debate. Recommended ratio with a working OMP is .5 (1/2) oz. @ gallon. No, proper TCW3 rated 2 cycle oil won't harm a fuel pump, lines, or injectors.

Another thing to consider is also how harsh your apex seals are on the housings. A bit more premix (say 2oz/gal) can help provide a bit more lubrication and potentially reduce wear. From there you just need to be sure your ignition is up to the task or else you'll foul up your plugs.
Brand wise, I prefer the Quicksilver Premium Plus stuff you can get at any marine store or walmart. They sell by the gallon, 16oz. and (I think) 8oz. Always good to have a premeasured container, makes it much easier/cleaner at the pump.
