Racing Beat Dual Tip...installed last week. Entired installation took less 1 hr, fit perfectly. Very nice sound just a tad louder than stock. Definitely felt the perf gained.

It took all of 20 minutes for me to install my RB single... 35 minutes if you count the time to pull out the jack, jack stands, tools and put everything away afterwards.

edit: BTW, here's my RB single tip.

30 minutes to pull the old system off...30 minutes to put new on. Sipping Cognac in between.

Pictures of my shiny exhaust..(Compares well to some of the other twin tips exhausts.....)
Australian made, SMB exhaust...this was the first of the 3.5" systems...
look at www.smb.net.au

Sounds incredible..quiet at idle, kinda deep though. screams at WOT in higher revs..flows increidbly well..and NO drone at highway speeds..

Comparison of the stock dump against 3.5" dump, and the stock cat against 4" metal substrate with 3.5" piping

Pipe diameter of standard against 3.5" . Inside of 3.5" has a bit of welding dust..the lip is also very smooth welded inside and ground smooth.

Its damn tight down there..steering and god knows what else in the way. And those studs are damn hard to get out! (Thankfully mine didn't bind at least)

Imagine trying to make this! fits very close when installed. NB: any black marks etc are just dirt..not bad welding or anything..I was too lazy to remove the buffing compound they left on.

Wish I could weld...sigh...

Looks like a mangled mess doesnt it! Fits well...just enough clearance past steering

The other side

A close up of the 4" metallic substrate cat. The heat shield is rather cute (especially when compared to the horrendous thing on the original.

This is similar to the HKS downpipe I have but it's mild steel . Only the RHD 7s would have clearance issues with an aftermarket DP.

Yeah...the RHD models require the squashed piece at the turbo exit..

The HKS unit is similar, however it is a 3" pipe with a 3" collector on top..

This is a 3.5" pipe with around a 4" collector on top...

I have a A`PEX-i PS Revolution, and it is a little too quiet at idle, and it doesn't really get too loud at wot either. these videos are with stock dp, and stock cat. ENJOY!

pics of my car with hks hi-power:

the HKS with stock cats etc was very very mellow, extremely nice tone smooth throughout the rpm band, but when you put a non-res'd dp and mp it gets pretty loud. (still with stock turbos).

pic of my car with Apexi ExTi:

pic of the ExTi off the car (not a lot of bends):

sound clip of Apexi ExTi:

http://videos.streetfire.net/video/F...4CF46804F9.htm

Ive only heard my ExTi with a Hi-flow cat and T04E XS kit, its pretty loud, i dont want to know what it would sound like wtih a straight mp...
