I heard the B&M replicas are decent for the $. I really wish I had bought a C's years ago, debating if I should hold out till I can find one or just break down and try the B&M replica.

Do we have any donors and machinists willing to make a copy for a group buy? I'd bet there would be a few people interested. I'd be willing to try to put it together if necessary, but I would need to borrow someone's shifter.

I'm pretty certain Chris at Rotary Performance is looking into making these, I gave him the idea
I also had contacted Mazdatrix but they told me they'd need to make at least 100 in order to retool.

I have a NIB C's shifter I've been saving for my resto. If someone reputable wanted to do a GB, I would be willing to loan mine for pattern making.
Some time back I created a drawing of the nylon bushing for ZE Power MX6 cause the one he bought did not have it.

I've had a C's shifter for years and the groove is beat to **** and makes shifting sloppy. I was thinking about getting the slot machined so a groove bushing can be put in there similar to the Mazdaspeed, Mazdatrix and stock shifters. But if there are replicas being made maybe I'll just wait. Is the replica going to use a bushing or just a solid groove?
