So how much did this little photo shoot cost ya?
It really does look photoshopped. It looks like grayscale, except the red light, the red signs, your red car, and the red tailights. Only thing that gives it away is the green grass next to your car. Awesome photo, especially for a traffic cam!
The fine is $50, not a big deal. I have heard it is much higher in other places. Also, the clarity does not surprise me because these images can be used in court and what good are they if you cant read a license plate.
The ONLY alteration I did to the pic is remove a car and the info on the bottom. This is the before. What is funny is you can my right turn signal just starting to light up or go off.

it depends on where ur at. since they are not legal in the US, u have to do things with lets say "questionable" legality. so its more based on what that will cost you. in a lot of other countries they are no more expensive than their left hand drive counter parts.
