Mefarri, that's one he'll of a fricking clean garage, and car... I'm so jealous....

Im not a fan of the conversion, but it looks like your doing one great detailed and not a half assed job, so for that I commend you, even if it is a v8 swap...

Thank you thank you. It's actually kind of cluttered right now with the lawnmower and stuff. That will be going to the shed shortly. I think if more rotary people actually knew about the v8 swap, they wouldn't dislike it so much. I can see you like the powerband of the 13b more, but there are literally 0 downsides in terms of handling, weight etc. for the v8 swap. It just comes down to what kind of power band you want. And how many engine rebuilds you can stomache.

Here's another. If you couldn't tell, it's getting a single 76mm turbo also.

I have the same string trimmer as you. Best trimmer I have ever owned!

Engine bay looks great! Have you thought about doing a wire tuck? Would look great with your setup!

haha sweet. Oh yea it's gonna be alllll clean and trimmed. I'm gonna be using a Haltech Sport 2000 standalone with a Racepak dash so alot of the behind the dash wiring will be gone, complete custom engine/body harness etc.

hkguy783 : i know atleast 5 people on here that would definitely buy those green rims off ya. im sure all of us would powder coat em a diff color, but those rims are pimp and discontinued. oh and if those rims were pc'd black, they'd go great with ur yellow!

mefarri : love the garage, love the 7, love the southpark pajamas. and eh on the v8 conversion, but definitely looks like the one of the better conversions.

keep up the great work guys!

Yup. Honestly I'm not sure why anyone would want to go lower unless they are part of the "hella flush" movement or just want to go for looks. It would have been nice to know they *could* go lower if you wanted to, but for my purposes (and meiogirls), it works out just fine. Too bad we found out later that the f'n upper control arm has that casting stub in it which rubs the fitting on the shock. Not really a big deal but it would have been nice to know before hand. Both of us have some track time on them, and I really love the damping and spring rate... really makes a fun ride for a dual purpose car

I will remove the bottom locking ring on mine lol. It won't look hellaflush, neither do I want it to. I don't think 1/4" or 1/2" more will hurt the handling. I know about the control arm rubbing problem from the pettit trak pro thread. It's a pity but hey as long as they function fine..... I haven't heard anyone complaining about the handling with Trak Pros yet

Looks great & I agree! Whenever I finally choose which I want, (and have $$$ to blow on one ), mine will definitely be black as well.
