RockAuto website says they have them for about $ each...I doubt they really have them.
DID-YOU-KNOW....all four ABS sensors are the SAME except for the metal attachment brackets.
I sell the sensor (less bracket) for $50 each.

I was expecting Florida!

I wouldn't worry too much about 2002 specific, the Mazda parts interpreter guru on another forum mentioned the latest ones were a supersede and worked with the earlier ABS years ago, despite minor resistance differences. I assume that makes earlier ones forward compatible too.

Our friend in Newie should have some, if you're not too OCD. I have a bag of them somewhere as well, but probably a major challenge to find.

I haven't had any luck finding any at all.
Neither left or right , early or late.
I thought I had found a new one but that fell through.
happy to take what I can find at this point.

Picking up the sensor from Tomsn16 for $50 is likely a good bet.

Do you need the full connector cable?

Yes indeed,
and yes, I presume I would get the cable attached to the cable. I think I should be able to use any brackets but not sure about rears fitting the fronts. Preferr not to have to modify things to fit if I dont have to

Found them, a couple of FD04-43-73X and three of 70X. I assume you've done suspension work and haven't released the sensor from the upright, but if it's the other end that's broken, all might not be lost. People have hacked into the ABS shielded cable to run traction control successfully - have some saved connector ends too.

I'm not sure about this. For a start the electrical connector is different front to back. Im sure there are other differences if I put a set in front of me

Hey Jim,

Sorry for the late reply.
Im not sure the rear sensor will work as the fronts have a longer protrusion extending out that totally covers the top of the ABS ring.
The rear seems to be very short and im not confident it will contact the ring suffiently to pick up a pulse.

Regards
Jamie
