Definitely Fritz's car. Would have been nice to see it go to a non-flipper....

He likely just changed his mind because he's not making money on the flip.

That's a good price for a CW with those mods, fresh reman etc...

So what is the market like for higher mileage chassis? Say 120k plus. How much do good name brand mods affect value. I've seen a number of Fd's with 130,000 + miles with single turbo conversions with new rebuilds & with very clean complete interiors, complete rebuilt suspension and fuel system. Last year I seen a chassis with 200,000 on it and owner was putting a 20b in.
What's there value in your opinions?

The higher the mileage the more information needed. No possible way to value it without a book of info or seeing it in person.

Same can pretty much be said about modded FDs. Combine the two and it really gets complicated.

me personally I do pay more for brand name mods that can be easily removed. I usually want those things anyway, but if it's like widebody or something then no. but say a turblown efr kit with a vmount and haltech, those things have value to me.

Not bad for a 93 vr-tan touring, crazy market right now. This is why my old 94 CW with a fresh high comp reman and 53k miles (over 10k in nice mods), that's now listed on craigslist is a steal at 37k

Does anyone question instrument cluster swaps. Not making any accusations, just know it happens

Normally, this isn't a biggie, but when prices start going over $40k where mileage is a factor in the price....

Crazy market indeed. I've been playing around with the idea of listing one or more of the cars in my collection, two of which have lower mileage (1993 BB R1 with 13k miles, 1993 CYM with 16k miles). I don't know if now is the time to sell or perhaps just keep them and drive occasionally.

No doubt we'll see all kinds of things happening as the values climb. That said if you know a lot about the FD it's hard to hide actual mileage/condition.

DJ mentioned people unplugging their odometers in the Supra world.

Next contestant: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1993-mazda-rx-7-69/

Decent looking car but could have been presented much better. Needs a good cleaning under the hood and the stock wheels remounted!

Salvage title, fire damage, 200k miles. $8k

smoking crack is an understatement.

Cars are emotional investments so there is no way to possibly give you any advice.

Take the emotion out and it's obvious. SELL!!!! everything or own nothing but what is required, drive a tesla etc... BORING...............hehe

I've already put 3k miles on my VR R2, smiles don't come cheap

This one has 72k miles I think. IMHO she's in really great shape. This one could be the "keeper".
