How much lower does an aftermarket bumper sit?

Pretty basic question, but cant seem to find an answer on the forum or google.
I have a "custom" radiator set for my swap and it sits about 1.5-2" lower than the bottom of my front bumper.
Im trying to find out if I need to ditch the radiator or if getting a bumper (which I plan to do eventually once drivability is fixed) will solve it.

So, can anyone give a guesstimate as to how much, if at all, an aftermarket bumper sits?

More interested in 99Spec or

any help is appreciated.

Does your car have an R1 lip? My custom v-mount hangs low too and the R1 lip covers it up.

Be careful about lowering the car with the new radiator setup.

Oh sorry, letting you know what I have would obviously help haha.
I just have a regular stock 94 front bumper. no lip, nothing.

Yeah, Ive kind of come to terms with the fact that I wont be able to lower it until I figure that radiator out.
But lowering the car is WAAAAY down the list. I just barely got it running after the swap, so Id like to just drive it this year haha.

SO I may just try a lip then. Thanks!

R1 lips are still available new. Search for part number FD03519H0 or call Ray Crowe and ask for an R1 lip.

I have the Sanai Works kit on my car and it definitely sits lower than the stock bumper. I'm not sure how much however.
