Just a quik one to see if the 99 bumper sits lower than the stock 93 bumpers...I scrap preaty bad already...if it does by how much (guess will be fine)

I don't know that it's any lower per se, but the lip might stick a little further out...

Mine sat at almost exactly the same height as my 93 bumper w/ r1 lip.. it might have been a half inch lower or something.. but my car was already low as hell as it was.

yeah, cloead is right, but only if you put a 99 lip on a 99 bumper, they sit about the same height from the ground, maybe a 1/4 of an inch or so difference. the reason why is because the 99 lip is taller. but the 99 bumper is shorter, which is why the 99 bumper looks like *** without the lip cause the 99 bumper sits highers then athe side of the car when you take a look at it, the pil diffuses the look.

I agree with Recentlyconverted - the 99 bumper is about 1/2" shorter in height than the 93-95.
