Hello everyone!

I decided to check different front stut bars' weights while I have them.
So you can check pics. Weight in kilos.
May be someone has some else bars to add in comparing

Stock front, stock rear, Carbing-3 point bar, Autoexe/KTS 6-point bar.

 

Very interesting. I also want to see the weight difference on other front strut bars as I once thought of buying one of those ebay aluminum strut bars to save a few pounds at the front end. I didn't do that at the end because I wasn't sure if saving a few pounds with an alumninum strut bar wound actually hurt the rigidity.

 

As pictures sometimes vanish in forums, the weights are:

R1 front: 1.9 kg
Factory rear: 1.7 kg
Carbing 3-Point: 1.7 kg
KTS 6-Point: 4.7 kg

For archival purposes.

For those that don't know, the conversion is 1 kg = 2.2 lbs - hope this helps someone one day!
