Anyone ever had any experience with the spacers made by Feed for the FD? From scattered information I received they seem to be 30mm. Any other info on them?
There are a zillion spacers on the market, I don't see why Feed would have spacers any better than anything else. You'd be paying a premium for a pretty basic part.

I would agree on this ^
My car was built by FEED in Japan and has - count 'em - THREE different sized spacers on it! One in the front and two for the rear wheels........no idea which are, or are not made by FEED but they all look to be good quality.
If you want I can measure and take photos......but as DaleClark said, it's not a part that FEED would have any special skill in manufacturing better than anyone else.
I do agree that in terms of quality they shouldn't be superior than any good spacer form a good company (Ichiba, Eibach, H&R, Kics, etc).
There is currently a set for sale (for a fair price I think), that's why I got interested. Pictures attached for your reference.
So if I understood correctly there is not a fixed size?
With wheel spacers, you want ones that are hub centric - they fit properly with the diameter of the wheel hub to keep them centered. Small spacers you can just put over the stock lugs and your'e done, larger widths you need longer studs or a hub that bolts to the stock lugs and has new lugs in the spacer.
H&R is probably the go-to for spacers, very high quality and I think they do have proper hub centric fit.
Here are the spacers on my car. The two major differences I can see are:
1) The smooth outer edge on mine vs the grooved edge on yours.
2) The uniform inner hole diameter vs the stepped one on yours.
These might be an age thing, or it could be an indication of size difference. Or it could be that the ones you are looking at are genuine FEED and mine are not, or vice versa.
However the hardware looks identical. Sizes as per the photos (15mm, 5mm, 3.5mm).
Not sure if this helps or not

Thanks for all the info provided. Wondering what is the benefit of having grooved edges, but who knows what was in the head of our Jap friends when they designed them. In all, I think correct size is more important in my case ( as they will fit to 2002 fd stockers), rather than merely the brand name.

Yeah, maybe the grooves are for weight savings lol!
