Thanks for posting this up. Nice to see everyone's opinion about what is currently available on the market.
Unfortunately I tend to overthink things, mull far too long, expect perfection, and have poor timing in general,
so I am still sitting on the sidelines searching daily. I went from wanting a CYM, to CW, to now a VR R1/R2.
I'll continue to follow this thread with interest.

It has 26k miles on it and it's super clean. I'm talking outstanding interior. $38k

Yep it's a good one. It checks all the right boxes or has no rust, very clean interior, missing nothing, everything works etc....
Yep I'll list it on BAT if I decide to sell it. Overall it's my favorite DD car at this time so it will be hard to let it go.

Here are 2 investor/collector cars which are becoming super hard to find in good shape:

Looks super clean, original owner etc.......

I picked her up at the end of January!
Seems like the standard asking price for a decent mile car is now $35-$40k regardless of issues, maintenance, compression, or even a couple decent photos.
Frustrating to say the least from a buyers perspective but I only have myself to blame for not moving on one sooner.

You can still find really nice cars for under 30 but you will have to move quickly/take a chance: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1995-mazda-rx-7-7/
If you want a specific FD such as CW, CYM, R1/R2 etc.... you will likely have to pay for it
