I might put it back in the car. Has been sitting on a shelf for like 10 years. Found these old pics and got nostalgic. I can’t remember where the r magic fenders went. I think herblenny but not sure.
Wow, that pipe diameter on that Feed has to give it a nice Deeper tone. I wish more exhausts would use a larger pipe like that, I know it won't give the average person more HP but the sound is so much better.

i have a 94mm FEED exhaust on my FC and the pitch dropped a LOT. its a very low pitch. volume went up too, but not that much
the old system was a 70mm into 2x50mm.
EGT dropped a little too, so i think its kind of beneficial
power went way up too, but the FC flanges are 60mm so i think if you go from 60mm to 94mm you'd notice
so when you can add a bunch of power AND drop the EGT's, its the tuner trick
After much searching, and grateful to a few forum members who pointed me in the right direction, I managed to obtain a wheel set I’ve been debating for a long time.
This set is a little more rare since it’s the 17’s.

Beautiful. I think the most rare Mazdaspeed wheels are the forged mag MS-01S which was mainly due to the cost. I think it was priced at $2k per wheel if i remember correctly?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the Mag's for MS-01 S's only for the RX8? Since they were only available in 18" size? I can imagine the price for those puppies would not be cheap.. not to mention they have a slightly odd design to them.. They're a little more squared off?

That is correct, they were available only in 18x8 from what i remember from the Mazdaspeed catalogue. They didn't look too different than the normal MS-01S though in the picture below, it does seem a little more squared/wider at the end of the spoke but I imagine that they would use the same mold.

Yes, exactly. Those are the only ones and they’re not made for our staggered sizes.
I’ve seen this set once. And they do seem a bit more blocky. A little odd compared to the normal forged set.
I think these might actually be the rarest, not on the brochure. But I guess technically they are more common Volk Group CV Pros, but special branded for Mazdaspeed. Never mounted, in original 30 year old boxes. I want to use them so bad, so I found another set that’s beat up and am having them refurbished. Took 2 years to source missing center caps (before buying used rims with unique center nuts and caps, always make sure you pay attention to what’s included. You might not be able to find the missing pieces)
Original boxes from 1994
I also have a set of MS-01C. The brochure says 18” only, but mine are 17”. The downside is when I bought them they came with all the center rings, and I though I was getting extra nuts, but turns out only 2 nuts for MS-01C, and the 4 others were for MS-01LM. The threads are the same, but the OD of the nut is larger on the LM and does not fit the center cap of the C. So having some made now as I’ve never seen another set of C for sale before.

Rarest or not, with the polished lip, these are by far my favorite and hardest to win at auction... Congrats.
I think Jesse has specifically said he doesn't deal with oversize items like this.
That particular GT-C nosecone looks pretty good - and it would want to be for the price! I do wonder about how practical they are on the street, as every one that has been mounted and offered for sale recently, has been grounded and damaged. Picked up a rough one a few months back for 200k + tax, there was a nicer one around the same time from another vendor for an extra 100k that seemed to have an untinted LHS lens cover and a weird mod on the RHS. https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp...on/c1155247533
There is a GTC bumper on yahoo japan auctions I want, anyone want to help me get it shipped to the US? Haha
reach out to Sean With JDM palace. My company used to partner with him for container services and I know he will bring over anything from lug nuts to whole cars. He’s also a fellow rotary nut!

Pay for my plane ticket I'll check it in like a surfboard. Kind of kidding but kind of serious. lol
i've thought about it. one of my friends actually did it too. he bought a guitar, and shipping was going to be like double the airline ticket, so Randy went to France to pick up his guitar.
its a Vigier, and its fretless, so the fingerboard is metal. its really a neat piece of gear.
