The spreadsheet goes by version number, or more accurately it follows the parts cataloging. anyways, its all from factory documentation.

just a small note there are a couple of colors, like PZ to A3F, where its the same color, but A3F has a clearcoat and PZ does not. the A3D Pure white is like this too, although not sure which white it is based from.

 

Id actually be curious to see how many Crystal White with Red interior cars were made. Thats an amazing color combo and I've never seen an FD is that combo before.
