CA: Need chassis for FD RX7 pre-bent cage development!

Hey guys, not sure really where to post this but i contacted the owner of Whitfield Manufacturing in Upland, California. They make really nice pre-bent cages for honda's and other vehicles. I asked him if he could make one for the FD chassis and then start selling them on his website and he said sure, he just needs a chassis. I'm in FL so I was hoping someone on here located in Cali would be willing to bring their car to him for a cage. Once he does one FD he will make a jig and have all the measurements so he can offer these on his website. He can do roll bars and cages (4,6,8,10 point) cromoly cages and priced very reasonably too! I'll post a link to his page and also his contact information, thanks guys! His contact email: Jason@whitfieldmfg.com

I have, they don't offer Cromoly cages and also don't have the best reviews. Shouldn't we have more than one option for pre-bent cages?

Where exactly does Kirk not get good reviews?
Why is chromoly even wanted?

Hmm, that doesn't even make sense? I'm not sending anybody's car anywhere. I'm simply trying to hopefully find someone near the area that is also looking for a cage and not wanting to spend $4-5k. Whom can then drive their own car to the shop and get a nice cage while also helping bring more options to the FD community.

AGI over here were selling kits into the US a while back, BMW mostly I think. They do a variety of FD cages, so you might check them....if you don't get all the stars and planets to align to get someone to deliver a car to the fabricator. 4130, T45, 15CDV6, etc, requires engineering over here - if there's any competition use, whereas basic CDS doesn't, when FIA drawings are followed. If the SCCA or whatever are more lenient, they might knock one up from that material.
