Anyone have access to Mazda parts new....have a question
I recently ordered a brand new passenger side (LHD) door plastic. When the part arrived it was textured 94 but I have smooth 93. When the part is looked up from the dealer it's says it's the correct one.
Why would Mazda sell the incorrect year plastics knowing they are different?

Never rely on the parts guy running the show. They’re just punching things into the computer. Take a look yourself online. They carry the parts guides everywhere and they’re very specific to the year of your vehicle. Chances are good the parts guy made a mistake on the part number. Enough to give you the different year door card.

Not too sure about that.. I think it depends on the year of the vehicle. My 94 hasn't had any issues interior wise. Even after all the subtle details I've done on it. Otherwise, all the major components have stayed solid..

You are extremely lucky you were even able to obtain such a thing. About 80-90% of parts are discontinued. Even the new heritage line still has a lot to grow still before they come around to the part I need. Been trying to obtain a new a/c line for my ride and the part numbers are very tricky.

Because I live in Canada, and by the time I convert pricing and add shipping it is not worth it. Mazda ships direct to the dealership for free
