Holy smokes you should be proud!

Great work. What type of manifold and tb do you have there? Is it custom?

UIM is not dirty it's just the picture

Going to delete the AST and put a heat shield on the turbo. I might delete the Cruise control as well, I'm on the fence about it

Thanks!
I love the ssm but i wanted something a tad brighter and more vibrant. Went with a 2013 ford/mazda ingot silver.

Here's the underhood shot from the car I built for a friend.

Its a custom V-Mount that I built from a Pettit SMIC. Modified the Koyo radiator to be a dual pass so that both hoses are on the same side.

Not quite as showy as some others but I think it's alright.

You see a lot of people go through the whole progression from stock through several stages to a single with big intercooler. I know during these phases everyone thinks they aren't going to end up where they do. But A lot of time and money could be saved by jumping in with both feet from the start.

I agree, also people don't know what they want. You try one turbo and don't like it, or ride in a friends car with a better set up. Or take it from a street car to a roadrace car and changes are necessary.
Even people with a lot of money make constant changes, if not even more than people without money. It is likely over time taste and preferences change as well as technology improving and you have to keep up. Bottom line, as long as you have one of these cars you're going to be spending money on maint. or upgrades no matter how nice or perfect your car is. That's why I say I cant afford one of these cars even though I've had many. The list of mods I want to do on one would cost me 100k likely with the car. There are other cheaper cars out there that I am just happy leaving alone from the factory, that are cheaper, like a Viper...but the FD is still my favorite so I keep coming back. The next one I plan on having in 5-10 years will be the last one and will be a keeper and I hope to carry out that dream.

Nice CYM by the way to the member above!
