My brother and I completed the new intercooler setup. Knock-off blitz style. Night pic, I will have some better pics later on.

Thank you! From the few trips I have taken, the intake temps average about 15°F cooler than the Greddy. We are having a warm winter out here, I am seeing about 9-10°F above ambient temps. If the car is not heat soaked, the water temps stay the same. Heat soaked water temps are 2°C higher.

Thank you, I appreciate the comments! Your engine bay is super clean as well! Lots of attention to detail.

I liked how Banzai did a few of their blitz installs with the piping design so I wanted to replicate it. The intercooler is a CXRacing IC0008. Core is almost the same as the blitz, just 1 inch taller. All the brackets were make at home with my brother's help, he is better at bracket making than I am!

The intake is routed to the passenger side oil cooler opening. Helped out quite a bit when I was using the Greddy SMIC.

Pito, love the engine bay, especially the harness tuck. I'm in the process of doing the same, where did you move the fuse block to?

Felipe - such a clean engine bay. One of the first guys I know of that got rid of all the fuse boxes and crap. Just out of curiosity what does your brother drive? I remember you telling me he helped you with the car before.

Thank you Turbo8! I am in Florida, so my placement will most likely not work for you, unless you don't care about your heater! My ac/heater was removed so that gave me room under the dash to mount all the relays/fuses.

Steve, thank you! Like I said before, you really raised the bar with yours. Sometimes I catch myself looking at the pics finding every little detail you paid attention to. Excellent work!

My brother's car is a TII powered FB, wire tucked of course. I have a few pics of it in my profile.

Took a few pics. The pipe routes in between the sway bar mount and the undertray which was trimmed a bit.

I agree, I ran one of those on my previous project (turbo RX-8) and the center section got ripped but luckily nothing got sucked into the turbo, I dodged a bullet. K&N filter after that and no problems.

I had 4 injectors in the bottom intake for idle and low boost and 4 on top. It was a methanol set up, so it worked great to cool the air shooting straight down. car was always set at 26-30 psi and a death trap.
