Whats the sizes of the new wheels?

What are you going to do with the RP01's
Meisters are 18x9 +48 (front) and 18x10 +43 rears. Currently running a 5 mil spacer up front to move the wheel out slightly, however there's plenty of room to the inside. Rear is very tight to my fender lip, but I think it will squeeze by without having to roll. We'll see once I have a chance to drive it a little. Current tire sizes are 235s up front and 265 in the rear.

RP01s will be up for sale in the next week or so. Sizes are 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 with +45 all around.

Rear fender lip clearance...

Tight, tight, tight!!

Note wood blocks under rear tire to check clearance!

LOL Snow is just "Water" on the car. It's not causing nearly the same harm as the salt/sand you will find on the roads in the winter. The car is fine, and if you can't afford to get it into a garage or under a car cover (which can cause it's own problems, like holding dust/dirt in) then leave her be. She'll survive.

Wow, what a beautiful car. I've always liked those meisters. I'm 99% sure I saw this car at 7 stock. If I were you, I'd roll the rears and MAYBE think about a 275 width tire in the rear. Just eyeballing it, I'm pretty sure it won't work... Can't have too much meat on these things

That's it exactly. it's a private lot inside the apartment complex where I live. There are only 10 other cars parked there but there 40 apartments looking out on the lot. Others park in nearby streets or the underground garage which I couldn't afford. I'd love a space there but they almost twice what I paid for my FD.

I cleared the snow after I took that picture and I won't be driving it in this weather. That black snow/salt/dirt gunk gets everywhere. It's not stored, it's my only car. In my current situation (living in the center of a large town, my street has 4 grocery shops, my job is a 15 min. away on bicycle.) I don't really need a car, It's just convenient so I figured I might as well get something cool when I bought the FD.

Very Nice!! So, I been lately seeing several dual wastegate set ups. Do you see big differences with 2 vs. 1??

Yea, I think you're probably right. The 265 SO2s are pretty old and are starting to get pretty hard (rubberwise). Probably will step up to something more substantial next spring when the funds are replenished. Right now I feel like I just gave a gallon of blood at the local blood bank

Thanks for the complement. Yes, I remember our conversation. Good to see you as well and know who I'm talking to!

Hard to say since my old setup was stock twins at 14 psi. However, my boost with the new setup is rock solid with no creep or spiking whatsoever (dual 38 mm Tials). I highly recommend running hardlines if you can easily engineer it in your car. I know of at least 2 guys here in Phoenix who lost motors in the past 2 years due to WG lines either blowing off or burning through. Hardlines are cheap insurance (IMO).

I had similar issue with lines few years back.. I hit 20+lbs on stock twins.. especially using cheap silicone hoses. I now use special high temp hoses.

The dual WGs look good and the hard lines. What boost are you running?
