Everybody gives you crap for the wheel size, but I really like it! Wouldn't do it myself because of roads here though, but it looks good none the less.

Not always true.

Depends on a lot of other things.

On the FD, it IS true. Increase in camber = Less tire-road contact. That is a negative impact on traction. Also decreases the life of the tire, incorrect wear pattern, and a negative effect on maximum handling.

Did you just say negative camber has a negative effect on handling?

Like going from 0 static camber to -1 degree?

I was agreeing with the rest of the stuff..

i run -2* up front and -1* in the rear and the cars handles very good.

i dont want to run more camber in the back due to my traction issues..

Agreed.... I think a lot of it is simply taste, and i can tell you that I absolutely hate the look. Match wheel/tires with a car, don't force the suspension for a combo that shouldn't fit.

And sorry spanks, what i was meaning was having too much camber (positive or negative) will effect handling in a detrimental way. Slight gains in NEGATIVE camber are good, as the FD's suspension was originally designed. Introducing a radical amount however is a bad thing

Keep up with the pictures BewTew, and purerx7. i love seeing your car.

BTW tire-stretched look is stupid, period.

Tires should fit FLUSH with the wheel/fenders, or else go widebody and it's gotta be done right!

Ah, I see. I'm not great with car acronyms yet.

It needs to be centered, I forget what exactly happened to it, but it needs adjusting. It clangs around a little bit right now, I'm going to take a look at it once I get it out. I was thinking catback exhausts only existed if it had a cat, not great with exhaust system names since I've never added an aftermarket one before, I'll learn as I go for stuff like that. Expect some stupid statements by me until I learn the proper names of setups
