Looks like you need a big plate to make the airflow how you need it, to make an advantage out of that intercooler with that angle.
As a V-Mount it is way to flat in the engine bay.
But with a nice plate... and the matched Hood, this may work!

Well last week I took delivery on my new toy. Intead of rebuilding mine I though why not just buy a fresh build that someone else has spent all the money on (through the same company I was going to get to build mine)
1996 Series 7 RX7
13B bridge port, dowled, HKS T51R SPL turbo bla bla bla
Car has two tunes, street tune of 480 RWHP and a C16 tune of 650 RWHP
The car has gone 10.6 by the builder on groved slicks.
Few things I will change, headlights, bonnet and wheels. I dont actully mind the wing in person, looks crap in photos but its genuine RE Amemiya and cost a fortune

If it wasn't an issue, I would have never posted the message. Let's keep this thread on "pictures". When/if messages start getting posted about turbos, setups, and such; they will be deleted.
i have not found one. i purchaced this one used while shoping at a neibourhood drift shop in nagoya japan......they had just parted out a FD and i got brembo front brakes, RE spec quantum RS coil overs, and the bumper.... was a great stop.

i've gotta admit, i'm a big fan of KaiFD3S' FD and yours. definitely my favorites...as some of you may know, my FC is down to be refined. i feel kinda bad for it since the FD stole the spotlight for now (i'm an FC guy
).... it even stole the FC's rims!! 
the FD will be the daily and the FC will contend against FD's like D CUPS
............. i hope LOL

Thanks, I looked hard to find an unmolested example. I love the stock lines and never want to add anything that would take away from them! Only mod is upgraded radiator and dp from rx7.com. Here is the engine bay per request and one more interior pic.
Not many we see that unmolested! Nice to hear you want to keep her looking that way. Nothing wrong with getting an automatic everyone had their opinions. I know your still on your honeymoon stage with her but if you are ever looking to get rid of her hit me up. I would love a white mostly stock FD.
