The handle looks upside down as well.

 

I've thought about doing that, just to have the same door panel on both sides, make it symmetrical in a way HAHA.

My car was a jdm rhd and i converted it to lhd. I didn't buy any door panels nor dashboard. We did a type of "cut and paste" cover it with fiberglass and vinly. Thats why the door handle is upside down cuz it was on the other side.

Car was converted by some peruvians. People in peru have been converting cars to lhd for years. they are the best

 

what was your reason for making it LHD??....
Its pretty cool how depending where you are in the world... people that have RHD want LHD.... And people that have LHD want RHD....lol

yeah my gut reaction was RHD door, but it didn't have window switches on it like a driver's door.

i would have left it rhd as it came from japan. But in my stupid country (Dominican Republic) it was legal, so after a few months of police chases, and scares i decided to convert it to lhd. All things worked out fine considering.......

 

I dropped mine off for shipment back to the states the other day, need to get the new bumper repainted!!

nice, I always loved that bumper. We had a 92 imported up here in canada that was a drift spec that came from the factory with that bumper.

 

there is a silver one in FL with that front bumper... pics were posted around here somewhere a few months back

 

It might just be the angle but the hood looks a bit too close to the passenger side fender and headlight.

The car will be going to Norfolk, Va. I'll be in Norfolk for about a month, then I'm taking the car to a body shop for paint/shiny bits. At that point I'm heading to Cali for a week or two, then off to the middle east for a year (at which point I just might become rhdjapan's primary source of income and <correctly> rice the 7 out, hehe).
