My Uncle owns a powder coating place around me. I had to sand them down and then we got them powder coated flat black for dirt cheap.

That looks so good, I love how you kept a polished lip. IMO stock wheels painted are nicer than most aftermarket rims.. only if they were bigger.

I know it's a personal taste thing but a flat paint on a sports car usually doesn't look good. On a hot rod or rat rod though it looks good.
