If you have the car painted matte, you can also have a matte clear applied. I would think you could wax it just like any other paint.

 

I'm not too sure, how many people actually remember me. But I did a thread on here once of my RX-7 when I put the new wheels on the car. There's been a few updates since then which was about 2 yrs ago. So I figured I'd share with the Rotary Public. Hope you enjoy!

 

I tried to chase you the other day, but traffic got in the way. The new lights & spoiler look good, what kind of numbers are you making now?

 

What do you drive? Right now I run pump gas and 12 PSI, probably making 350ish? On race gas and 19PSI I make 519 at the rear. I'm hoping for 600 in the future!

I used to live around the circle from you. Probably gonna be in Crofton tonight. Still externally stock. Got the boost controller in properly but it's still giving me trouble.

 

Nothing that is worth posting at the moment. But I'll get some new ones in a few weeks or so.

 

thanks. i saw a black corvette on the highway one day with red calipers and 2 red stripes and i loved the look. nice flow on the black, in my opinion. im still debating whether or not i really like the look.

I am running some Kumho tires sized in 'monster truck.' they are 255/50/16 in the rear and 245/50/16 in the front.

Sunset, that looks great. How is suede supposed to stand-up to the sun, will it eventually fade out? I want to do something similar, but in alcantara.

 

stokedxiv......i hate u so much sir! jk the cym FD is the reason why i fell in love with these cars. when it was time to buy my FD i couldnt find a good deal on a clean example with low miles i ended up with my VR R1 not gonna complain but its not cym lol keep em clean! one of these days i will own a cym....one of these days....

^Yeah, and you can be like one of my buddies out here (he's on this forum too so I hope he sees this haha) that takes a beautiful CYM and puts the complete carbon fiber C West body kit on it, including fenders, doors and hatch. HAHAHA. Steve Kan already gave him **** for it too. Calm down though, he's already talking about getting another FD to put the carbon fiber pieces on and turn this one back to full CYM.

I love to give him **** about it though haha.

I wonder why he hasn't posted pics of his car on here?
