I like this car in matte black, is very heavy car.

I don't understand as people think is a not good color for a sport car, and then, the Lambo reventon with F22 raptor color or this porsche carrera, what happen with them?

^ I agree. I like cars in flat black. However, it has to be done right. I think it gets a bad name or vibe because of a bad, cheap job or uneven paint that appears to be "sun-faded." But when done right, it's amazing. Lamborghini recently offered flat-black in their cars as mentioned above. In addition, some aftermarket wheels are just now becoming available in flat black too which is neat.

I like your car and color, SUNSET RX7. Nicely executed.

 

 

As I said, it's a personal taste. It's just my opinion that they usually don't look good. A buddy of mine has an FC in flat black and I think it looks great. Some can pull it off though. Not everyone is going to like the same thing. Like the green FD further up the page, some will like it, some won't.

 

Those RPF1's look amazing on a black car.

None-the-less, the flat black does look good, must be easy to clean!

i used flat black on my fender venters, it looks alright as an accent. i thought i would try it in small doses.

 

satin black is a good color, I just don't like how it's becoming like the new thing to do. You could have went with another color in matte and it would have looked sick as well.

Sure you can... both are cars, both have 4 wheels, both use petroleum based fuel, both will get you from point A to point B, a lot of people dream of owning one of them...

 

exactly. the only reason i would pick that thing over a 7 is that its worth more and i could sell it and buy a 7 and a really nice house.
