Can I ask how you chose who to do the paint job and what it may end up costing? My BB 94 looks as if it had some ATF or something splattered on the hood and the back hatch. The paint isn't terrible, but it bugs me everytime I look at it. Problem is, if I paint it, I want to do it properly.

RE-Amemiya has 3 types of dolphin tails I believe. A twin dolphin muffler style, a single dolphin muffler style, and single dolphin canister type (same as the one KaiFD3S has). The reason I called out SMB is because the muffler section does not have a rolled edge on the actual muffler section. The SMB has a smoothed out edge. Wait until you see mine. Grand is building me a custom 3" with a canister style muffler and bent (dolphin tail style) tip. I'm also having them make a resonated downpipe with no divet. I'm already rocking their metallic cat with muffler and I love it! Can't wait to see how it sounds.

My muffler is neither an SMB or RE-Amemiya...its a Magnaflow with a 3 inch dump tip which is set on a slight angle. I'll post more pics showing it when I get a chance. Personally I think it looks great and the sound is very nice!
Dang...hella got me. Looks a lot ke a SMB...Good job!

the guys who imported the car for me from japan helped me out with paying the paintjob. vause they imported the car, they wanted a satisifed customer so they helped me out with it. i dont really want to go inteo prices but i consider it as a good price. when he prepared it for the paintjob he had to rub(?) it down very much to be able to make a nice paintjob because the old paintjob was falling off.

That's just disrespectful... towards the RX-7! Not trying to diss you, but that's just a big no no... 
I really hope that's only temporary. Hopefully nobody else gets this idea. Personally I would go with the latest Mazda badges, but it's your car in the end... even if you want to keep those wheels on the car.
