Hello All:
Let me introduce myself. My name is Nick, a young AUTO 94' Rx-7(touring) owner from Chicago. I'm new to the board, just registered, this is my first post. I did a couple of searches on the board about auto rx-7 and their capabilities, and I didn't receive much infos. I have some simple questions and would like to know your inputs.

I got the 7 for almost 2 years now, and my goal is mid-low 12sec ET, is that possible? I haven't dyno/track the 7 yet, but so far I got a couple of mods in it(downpipe,exhaust,pulleys,intake,guages). I heard many horror stories about the engine popping like popcorns when you're getting high hp. That's why I stopped there. I talked to a lot of company, and most of their products are designed for the manual 7 only, and they either have no clue what the effects will be on an auto or advise me to stop modding. So just let me know weather my goal is possible (how hard/easy)? Or I should trade it in for a 5-speeds instead.

ps-any auto owners here with a drag set-up?
