Hi
When my 3rd gen has had a good run and is hot, I get an intermittent starting problem. The electrics come on, but the starter doesn't turn. If I try 2-3 times then it turns and starts. I can't find any obvious loose connection on the starter moter. Any other suggestions please?

take the starter out and check it to see if its ok cause sometime that could be the sign of a new one

 

Check the fuse box near the battery. Mine did that and it turned out it was a loose conection on the bottom of the box.
