boost probs/fuel probs what else is new with my rx

i have just added a intake and full exhaust...... yea 3" pipe all the way from the turbos no muffler or cat. any way after adding my xs-engineering ecu tuned for intake exhaust and midpipe.... my boost is 9 on the first turbo 12 on the second and the transistion is 6 so the pattern is 9-6-12 no boost spike and it is constant.... does this have to do with the ecu or the pills. and if it is the pills will a boost controller fix the need of the pills..... i need help along with more fuel or new injectors i back fire like a mother f-er... big flames too... o well..... any help will be appricated.... BTW any one in tampa FL...

Boost controller will allow you to go higher on primary and secondary. Get rid of the pills. Don't you have Maztech in Tampa? They should be able to get you injectors.
